An entrepreneur at heart, Wesley started Solair Group in 2001 in a small 5,000 sq foot facility to address the underserved aerospace maintenance tooling market, focusing primarily on his relationships with airlines and MROs in South America. His idea and hard work quickly took root and grew Solair Group into a leader in the market segment with a special knack at manufacturing and supplying hard-to-find, long-lead maintenance tooling solutions for premier airlines and MROs around the globe. Through this leadership, Solair has more than tripled in size and continues its market expansion by offering new products and services that compliment his long-term vision of the company.
Marcos Alonso is the CFO of Solair Group, LLC.
Marcos is a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of progressive experience in manufacturing with emerging middle market to Fortune 100 companies. For the last 8 years Marcos worked as VP Finance at Polyconcept North America, the leading supplier of promotional products. Prior to Polyconcept, he worked as CFO for Niles Audio Corporation for 7 years in the Custom Distributed Audio industry. Prior to Niles he worked at Coca-Cola and Frito Lay in multiple senior finance executive roles. Marcos is passionate about growth, productivity and controls. At Solair, he will bring leadership and corporate guidance to a growing business.
Dorothy Tilghman is the Chief Operating Officer of Solair Group, LLC.
Dorothy joined Solair Group in 2010 to identify and further develop operational processes that would propel Solair Group to its next stage of growth. Dorothy has been instrumental in implementing a company-wide enterprise resource planning tool helping automate and streamline processes and thereby improving throughput time for the company.
Michelle Stone is the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Solair Group, LLC.
Michelle is responsible for the leadership of the Solair Group’s sales team, developing new business opportunities and creating customized solutions to customer needs. Michelle draws on extensive business development leadership in both new sales and client retention, with a consistent track record of developing winning strategies aligned with client business goals. As part of her chart of objectives, Michelle will identify new products and services and grow the Solair Group’s core product portfolio into new markets.
